From the crisp perfection of thin-crust classics to the plant-powered delights of vegan pies, Denver has a variety of pizzeria options to tantalize every palate. RE/MAX of Cherry Creek brokers weighed in on where they find their favorite slices:

  • PIZZERIA LUI (5380 W Mississippi Ave, Lakewood) “Unpretentious and amazingly well done pizza,” notes Eddie Lederman. “They also serve a dessert pizza when peaches are in season!”
  • FAMOUS ORIGINAL J’S (2501 Dallas St, Stanley Marketplace; 715 E 26th Ave, Five Points) From the team behind Rosenberg’s bagels, this pizza joint offers “giant New York-style pizza,” says Bailey Dolian. “They introduced the nighttime concept at this famous bagel restaurant during COVID, and I’ve been obsessed ever since.”
  • BLUE PAN PIZZA (3934 W 32nd Ave, West Highlands; 3509 E 12th Ave, Congress Park; 17525 S Golden Rd, Golden) Katy Ayers says her “all-time menu favorite is the Gold Hill. Its sweet (fig preserves) and savory (gorgonzola) is like heaven.” Matthew Tapper agrees, “This place knows how to do pizza right! The Chicago cracker thin pizza is a game changer.”
  • CART-DRIVER (2239 W 30th Ave, Lower Highlands; 2500 Larimar St, RiNo) “It reminds me a lot of a really good pizza I had when I visited Florence, Italy. It’s not the cheapest pie in town, but it might be the best,” says Alex Brachfeld
  • HOPS & PIE (3920 Tennyson Street, Berkeley) This wildly popular, locally owned-and-operated restaurant serves pizza, as well as sandwiches, salads and seasonal specials. “Plus, they have a gluten-free pizza that is quite delicious and an incredible beer list!” adds Carissa Sargent.

Whether you’re seeking the timeless simplicity of a classic slice, the adventurous fusion of unique toppings, or a decadent deep-dish pie, the Mile High City truly has a spot for everyone!
