Bailey is proud to have called RMCC her home since 2006 when she chartered her Denver real estate career.  She spent the first 9 years of her real estate career as a member of one of Metro Denver’s top 10 real estate teams, bolstering the team to close nearly 700 transactions over her tenure.  A former educator, Bailey fuels her leadership style with a passion for ingenuity, authenticity, and dedication to professionalism in all aspects of real estate.

Bailey was vetted into the real estate industry at a young age. Her father owned and operated one of New England’s premier real estate companies, and her brother is a Managing Broker with Baird & Warner in Chicago.  She spent her childhood on the east coast and moved to Denver after graduating from Duke University.  She, her husband, their two children, and far too many pets cherish the lifestyle that Colorado offers.
