Too nervous to head to the museum? Try this virtual art tour instead

by | May 13, 2020 | Blog, Denver Activities

In these times of social distancing, you may not feel comfortable walking into an art gallery or museum. But that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy creative pieces of art.

Thanks to the out-of-the-box thinking of 303 Magazine, you can take a virtual street art tour from the comfort of home.

303 has compiled slide shows of colorful, imaginative murals painted on buildings, trains, even grain silos throughout the state. You’ll see Albert Einstein on the side of a building in Denver reminding viewers to “Question everything,” a colorful, contemplative multi-cultural painting on the exterior of the Visitor Center in Boulder, artistic graffiti on the side of a train in Antonito…and more.

No face masks required!
