Brandon Wynn Narrowly Misses Being Selected for U.S. Team

During Olympic Trials Held in San Jose, California

 

DENVER – Lorraine D’Aversa traveled more than halfway across the United States to become a Broker Associate with RE/MAX of Cherry Creek.  When Lorraine’s son, world-class gymnast Brandon Wynn, began training at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, she decided to relocate to Colorado in order to support her son during Brandon’s quest to become a member of the 2012 Men’s Gymnastics Olympic Team.

 

Originally from Voorhees, N.J. where she owned her own real estate company prior to joining RE/MAX of Cherry Hill in her native state, Lorraine has been a dedicated supporter of her son’s gymnastics endeavors for the past 17 years.  Brandon, who recently earned a spot on the U.S. Senior Men’s National Team for the fourth consecutive year, claimed an invitation to the U.S. Olympic Trails with his stellar performance.  The trials were held June 28-July 1, 2012 in San Jose, California.  Unfortunately, Brandon narrowly missed being selected for the U.S. Olympic Gymnastics Team.

 

“Brandon had two amazing meets at the trials and garnered a silver medal with his still rings performance,” said Lorraine.  “Sadly, with judging being somewhat subjective, he just missed making the U.S. team.  But ‘onward and upward’ is his mindset, and Brandon will continue to excel in his numerous endeavors, including gymnastics competitions, coaching, and charitable activities.”

 

In addition to competing as a member of the U.S. Men’s Senior National Gymnastics Team, Brandon is a volunteer assistant coach for Ohio State University’s men’s gymnastics team.  He is the founder of Brandon Wynn’s Foundation for the Support of Gymnastics LLC, and is a co-owner of TW Enterprises, a fitness equipment development/production and consulting company.  Brandon is also a motivational speaker and is dedicated to promoting and utilizing a chemical-less diet and how it aids the level of fitness and gymnastics success.

Brandon’s accomplishments are impressive by any measure.  He was the still rings champion at the 2012 Winter Cup Challenge, still rings champion at the 2011 Pan American Games and 2011 Puerto Rico Cup, 2011 and 2010 U.S. Men’s Gymnastics National still rings champion, and 2010 and 2011 NCAA still rings champion, along with a wealth of silver and bronze medals at major events worldwide.  Brandon is an NCAA All-American and a three-time academic all Big 10 honoree, and the list goes on and on.

 

Lorraine earned her real estate license in 1986 and is a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.  She has been a consistent top-producing real estate professional throughout her distinguished career.  Lorraine serves the diverse real estate needs of a wide variety of clients ranging from first-time buyers to those seeking luxury residences.  She is a member of the Guy Team at RE/MAX of Cherry Creek, working diligently with team leaders Debra and Mark Guy.
