Geoffrey Stell comes from a background of over 13 years of hands-on, real estate sales experience.  He brings a strong industry understanding along with a passion for client advocacy when working with his Clients.

Geoffrey was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia and moved to Denver, Colorado in 2003 to pursue a degree in real estate & construction management from the University of Denver.

After college, Geoffrey Stell began his professional career working for one of the largest and most respected home builders in the country.  His time with this publicly traded Builder and others since has allowed him to acquire an extensive understanding of how the New-Home Building industry operates.

Geoffrey Stell values the trust of his clients above all else and has earned a stellar reputation over time for tenaciously protecting his client’s interests.  So much so in fact, that he felt compelled to switch sides and has since dedicated his real estate practice to helping his Clients navigate the lengthy and complex big builder contract to avoid many of the heavy-handed tactics they employ.

Additionally, Geoffrey has significant experience with various Real Estate investments to include private placements, single/multi-family rental property, non-traditional financing, infill construction, and locating “off-market” properties, whether that be for investment purposes or in highly coveted communities where there aren’t many, if any, homes for sale.  He is well respected within Denver real estate circles for his high ethical standards and for being a fun-loving straight shooter.  He’s comfortable with high stakes negotiations and strives to avoid “mutual mystification” in every form of communication.

Geoffrey Stell is happily married and lives in the Stapleton neighborhood of Denver, Colorado with his wife and 3 small children ages 3, 5, and 7.  He enjoys lifting weights, family time and helping his kids prepare for athletics, academics, and life in general.
