A native of Connecticut, Tracy has called Colorado home since 2012. She studied marketing at Providence College before returning to Hartford, where she pursed a career in leasing with one of the largest property management companies in the country, specializing in increasing occupancy at properties with high turnover rates.
Seeking a new challenge and adventure, Tracy moved to Denver and immediately fell in love with the city. After a short time working in the insurance industry, she missed the daily interaction she had had with her property management residents, and decided to return to a career of assisting others with finding the right place to call home by becoming a licensed real estate agent. She loves getting to know her clients’ unique needs, teaching them about the market, and helping them make good choices when buying or selling a home.
Tracy resides in the Berkeley neighborhood with her husband Tom and their two dogs, Charlie and Pepper. In her spare time she’s likely to be found rooting for her favorite football team, visiting her favorite local restaurants and businesses along Tennyson Street, or “urban hiking” around the city.
