CASA of Jeffco/Gilpin County

CASA of Jefferson and Gilpin Counties (CASA Jeffco/Gilpin) serves the most vulnerable children through awareness, advocacy, and support. With the dedication of hundreds of volunteers throughout Jefferson and Gilpin counties in Colorado, we serve the 1st Judicial District, which ranks 6th in the state for child abuse and neglect cases.

Denver Zoo

At Denver Zoo, conservation is a part of everything we do! We work with the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) to support animals through voluntary programs like the Species Survival Plan, a breeding program that facilitates the survival of many species by keeping zoo populations healthy and abundant. 

The Gathering Place

The Gathering Place is the only daytime drop-in center in metropolitan Denver that serves women, transgender individuals, and their children who are experiencing poverty, many of whom are also experiencing homelessness.

The O’Brien School for the Maasai

Our mission is to bring an empowered future to a Maasai community and others within the Hai District by offering a high standard, primary education with an emphasis on moral character formation for the children, as well as entrepreneurial skills-building programs for women.

At Period Kits we believe no one should have to choose between food and tampons. We provide kits that provide 90 day supply of period products to those experiencing homelessness, unstable housing, and extreme poverty.
