Colorado Native and Former Rookie of the Year Excels in Real Estate

DENVER – Rene` Harding, an accomplished real estate professional, has joined RE/MAX of Cherry Creek in Denver as a Broker Co-owner. Harding was named “Rookie of the Year” following her first full year in the real estate business in 2004. She has continued to advance her career to the upper echelon of top producing real estate professionals each year since.
Known for her expansive knowledge of the metro Denver real estate market, Harding serves the diverse real estate needs of clients throughout Denver’s most desirable and historic neighborhoods, including Cherry Creek, Bonnie Brae, Congress Park, Washington Park, and Denver Country Club, among others. She is an experienced negotiator and brings a sincere, compassionate spirit to the real estate business while working tenaciously on behalf of her home buying and selling clients.
Harding holds the Graduate Realtor Institute designation recognizing the successful completion of stringent continuing education courses in real estate. She has garnered prestigious sales awards from the Denver Board of Realtors and serves as an advisory board member of the Dean’s Leadership Council for the Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado, from which she earned her bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in business.
A Colorado native, Harding attended high school in Boulder. Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, she held a sales position in the travel industry, subsequently holding management positions throughout North America, including Los Angeles, Montreal, and Denver.
Today, as a successful real estate professional, Harding is focused on giving back to the community through the Cocktails for a Cause charitable foundation she founded in 2009. The foundation combines her love of entertaining with the power of women working together for a common cause. Harding hosts an event four times each year where attendees bring donations for local charities, such as diapers, art supplies, food, cleaning products, clothing, art supplies and more.
