We couldn’t resist sharing news of our amazing 2021 sales performance.
Last year, homes represented by RE/MAX of Cherry Creek flew off the market. In May, June, and August, for example, homes represented by our brokers sold in an average of 5 days. This compares with 13, 12, and 14 days respectively for all homes listed in the MLS.
In January, typically a slow month for sales, homes listed by RE/MAX of Cherry Creek spent an average of only 12 days on the market, compared to more than double that—32 days—for all homes listed in the MLS.
Our agents secured top dollar for these homes. Looking at actual home sale prices against their asking price over the course of the year, properties represented by RE/MAX of Cherry Creek sold for 1.56% more than the average across the metro Denver market. In May alone, our sales outperformed the metro marketplace average of 103.5% by 5.4%. This means a home listed for $700,000 sold for $762,300—$37,800 more than the marketplace average.
The bottom line is this: If you’re choosing an agent by the numbers, RE/MAX of Cherry Creek should be your number one choice.
