Pat Ayers of RE/MAX of Cherry Creek Earns Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation
DENVER – Pat Ayers, a leading broker associate with RE/MAX of Cherry Creek, has earned the prestigious Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation from the Distressed Property Institute. Ayers successfully completed extensive training in foreclosure avoidance and short sales. With this invaluable expertise, she can help those currently facing impending foreclosure by assisting with short sales and other alternatives to avoid foreclosure.
Short sales allow the cash-strapped seller to repay the mortgage at the price the home sells for, even though it is lower than what is owed on the property. This can save many people from foreclosure and even bankruptcy. More and more lenders are willing to consider short sales because they are much less costly than foreclosures.
