Once upon a time, outdoor kitchens were all the rage in new homes. Now, you can throw that notion into that outdoor kitchen sink, along with other outdated amenities. According to the National Association of Home Builders, today’s buyers have different priorities.

The NAHB recently polled builders about features they were most likely to include in a new single family home. Among their findings:
