The right neighbors can mean the difference between enjoying your new home or desperately wishing for an escape hatch. So we couldn’t help chuckling at a recent report about a for-sale sign on a home in Michigan.

“Quiet neighbors,” read the sign.

There was little reason to doubt the claim: The home was next to a cemetery.
