Kate Baldwin, Elle Madsen Join Kincaid Realty Group at
RE/MAX of Cherry Creek

DENVER – Kate Baldwin and Elle Madsen, two highly dedicated real estate professionals, have joined The Kincaid Realty Group at RE/MAX of Cherry Creek in Denver as Broker Associates. Baldwin and Madsen are now serving the diverse real estate needs of home buyers and sellers throughout the metro Denver area, with an emphasis on Denver’s most desirable and historic neighborhoods.

Baldwin is a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is a 2016 and 2017 Woman to Watch nominee in Women in Cable Telecommunications, a 2015 Promax BDA Gold Award winner for Marketing, and was a participant on the RMCA Panel titled “New Age Marketing: Reaching, Attracting and Acquiring Customers in a Digital World.”

Baldwin believes that communication is key to any business. She places an emphasis on listening to her clients to better serve their needs, and she knows that honesty, integrity, and old-fashioned hard work are crucial to success. Baldwin is an active supporter of the Children’s Miracle Network, The Children’s Hospital, the Ronald McDonald House, the Denver Dumb Friends League, and Saving Dobermankind.

Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Baldwin spent 15 years in marketing and has served as Senior Director of Marketing at the television network STARZ. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology. Baldwin enjoys spending time with her family, a variety of sports, and enjoying the great outdoors.

Madsen, who is a Colorado native, has served an internship working abroad in Spain for six months, traveling across Europe and into Africa to understand world values, business and every-day life and to obtain a better knowledge of how the world works outside of the United States. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Bryant University in International Business with a minor in Spanish. She also played softball in college.

Prior to pursuing a career in the real estate industry, Madsen was a Supply Chain Associate at Yasso Inc. of Boston, MA. She believes that mentors and leadership play a large role in the success of a team. Madsen also believes that communication and earning your client’s trust are the biggest attributes to success for both the agent and the client. She creates a business plan to set the foundation for a successful real estate career. Madsen joined The Kincaid Realty Group because of its leadership and support.

Madsen is an active supporter of International Volunteer HQ and will be going to South Africa in April to assist with a Sports Development Program for underprivileged children. She enjoys reading, cycling, skiing, and Hiking.
