DENVER – Judy Wolfe, a leading Broker Associate and co-owner of RE/MAX of Cherry Creek, is celebrating 40 years as one of metro Denver’s most accomplished, award-winning real estate professionals. Wolfe, a member of the top producing Wolfe & Epperson Team at RE/MAX of Cherry Creek, has achieved success in one of the country’s most competitive industries by providing superior customer service complemented by extensive market knowledge, plus communication and negotiation skills, that have collectively resulted in a successful business fueled primarily by referrals and repeat customers.
Wolfe started her real estate career in 1977, joining RE/MAX East in 1979, which subsequently became RE/MAX of Cherry Creek when the agents purchased the franchise. She served as a member of the company’s board of directors for two years. Wolfe has also served on several committees at the former Denver Board of Realtors (now Denver Metro Association of Realtors) and has been a member of the board’s “Million Dollar Roundtable” each year since 1979, a distinction that recognizes outstanding sales production.
Wolfe has earned multiple special designations recognizing the successful completion of stringent continuing education courses in real estate and has been honored for her achievements on many occasions over the years. Her focus, however, is helping fulfill the needs and desires of home buyers and sellers in a timely, professional, and seamless manner that results in a rewarding real estate experience.
Wolfe serves buyers and sellers throughout Denver’s most historic and desirable neighborhoods, including Park Hill, Congress Park, Hilltop, Montclair, Stapleton, and Lowry, among others. She has also served clients in many of metro Denver’s suburban communities and in high country locales.
“Throughout my real estate career, I have tried to provide my clients with as much information as possible so they can make educated decisions when buying or selling a home,” said Wolfe. “I see myself as more of a teacher than a sales person. I have enjoyed being part of the RE/MAX of Cherry Creek team for so many years. The agents are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful, and the office services are excellent. I want to personally thank everyone who has helped me along the way during 40 years in the real estate business.”
“We are very proud of Judy and her accomplishments during an amazing 40-year career,” said Heather Bustos, President of RE/MAX of Cherry Creek. “Her experience and knowledge are unsurpassed, and we are extremely pleased and fortunate to have Judy on our team.”
During her spare time, Wolfe enjoys bicycling across the United States and throughout the world. She enjoys the theatre, reading, cooking, gardening, and volunteering for the Denver Public Library, Denver Public Schools, and The Denver Film Society.
Wolfe partners with her son, Jay Epperson, of the Wolfe & Epperson Team at RE/MAX of Cherry Creek.
