When it comes to embracing the holiday spirit, there’s nothing quite like immersing yourself in the enchanting world of drive-through holiday lights displays. 9News reports that Christmas in Color – Denver’s largest drive-through light display – is returning for its 6th year with three different locations in Colorado.
Embark on a luminous journey through a symphony of millions of dazzling lights choreographed to the beat of holiday carols, serenading through your car radio. Glide past colossal candy canes, towering snowmen, and enchanting arched pathways, each a whimsical piece of a wintry puzzle. Tune your radio to the suggested FM station, and savor the spectacle at your own pace.
Here’s where you can experience the magic and wonder of these dazzling light spectacles:
- Water World: 880 North Pecos Street, Federal Heights, CO 80260
- Arapahoe County Fairgrounds: 25690 East Quincy Avenue, Aurora, CO 80016
- Bandimere Speedway: 3051 South Rooney Road, Morrison, CO 80465
The three Colorado locations open for the season on November 17th, and tickets can be purchased at ChristmasInColor.net. Only one ticket is needed per vehicle, and each guest receives a pair of 3D glasses to enhance the display. It takes approximately 30 minutes to weave through each location.
