How’d you come up with the name? We just googled fun pet names on our way home from adopting him and our kids loved it!

Nicknames: Gussy, Gus Gus, Buddy

Breed: Plott Hound and Black Mouth Cur

Gender: Male

Age: 3 months

Favorite toys: Squeaky toys, small tennis balls

Likes: Exploring our backyard when it’s sunny and warm, acting crazy, and playing with our kids.

Most happy when: Snuggling and sleeping.

What’s his favorite food? All the training treats as we work on getting him potty trained!

How would you describe his personality? Sweet, relatively chill, but at other times your average wild puppy!

What’s your favorite part about Gus? How he quickly settled into our home after we adopted him. He is so snuggly and loyal, and always loves to see us when we come home!

What is their favorite spot in your home? On his bed wherever it is!

What’s the most rewarding part about being a pet owner? The loyalty and connection they have to you. Even within a day he was attached to us and happy to see us.
