Laurie Erb has been helping area families buy and sell homes since 1979 when she moved to Denver from Steamboat Springs. For each of the past 5 years, the Denver Board of Realtors has recognized Laurie as one of Denver’s Top Agents; she and her team have consistently ranked in the top 5 agent teams in both the number of sales transactions and for sales production. Laurie has been named one of Denver’s Top 5 “Heavy Hitters” in residential real estate by The Denver Business Journal.

Laurie has been a Broker/Co-Owner with RE/MAX of Cherry Creek since the early 80s. She and the ErbTeam have, for over the past ten years, been the #1 producing team in transactions and sales production. The reason: her dedication to her clients — putting their needs ahead of all else — and her experience, skills, knowledge and expertise in the Denver real estate market.

Laurie and the ErbTeam specialize in the Central Denver market and especially Washington Park (where Laurie lives), Platt Park, Bonnie Brae & Cory-Merrill. She and the ErbTeam consistently sell more homes in Washington Park than any other agent, team or company. Since 2008, the ErbTeam has facilitated purchases and sales for 262 Washington Park families alone! This does not mean she is not visible in other areas; you will see her signs from Park Hill to Littleton and Aurora to Jeffco.

Jennifer grew up in Michigan and settled in Denver in 2006. Jennifer attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where she majored in marketing and graduated with a BBA. After graduating, Jennifer spent the next 10 years of her career as a pharmaceutical sales representative. Jennifer decided to transfer her skills from her former career — she began as Buyer Specialist for the Erb/Steelman Team in 2009 and is now a Team Leader. Jennifer lives in Washington Park with her husband and twin girls.

Sharon Clayton is a rare Colorado native with a short stint in the windy city of Chicago. She studied organizational development and human resource management at Regis University and proceeded to consult and develop new business channels in the fast paced world of technology and financial services. Sharon has spent the last ten years with RE/MAX, she loves the entrepreneurial spirit and professionalism the organization and the agents embody.

Sharon is passionate about the needs and goals of her clients, and she specializes in bringing peace of mind to homebuyer’s searching for their dream home. Using her experience and foresight she initiates communication in every detail of the transaction, from the first phone call all the way to close.

In her spare time, Sharon is an active volunteer with Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children. A self professed foodie you’ll find her enjoying one of Denver’s wonderful restaurants with friends and family, listening to live music, spending time with her French Bulldog Remy, and seeking adventure in the Colorado Rockies.

Kathleen graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a major in Media Studies. Kathleen represented the United States two times, a bronze medalist in 2017 (Almaty, Kazakhstan) and an assistant captain in 2019 (Krasnoyarsk, Siberia) as a member of the Women’s World University ice hockey team. She has a passion for Real Estate and is excited to start her career with RE/MAX. Kathleen is looking forward to the opportunity to serve clients in Denver and assist a smooth home buying and selling process. In her spare time, she enjoys running, spending time with her family & friends, and trying new restaurants in the Denver area.
