Lyndi Martoia Joins Nicholson O’Donnell Group at
RE/MAX of Cherry Creek

DENVER – Lyndi Martoia, an experienced real estate professional, has joined The Nicholson O’Donnell Group at RE/MAX of Cherry Creek in Denver as a Broker Associate. Martoia is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors and currently serves the diverse real estate needs of clients throughout Central and East Denver’s most historic and desirable neighborhoods.

Martoia earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with an emphasis in legal studies. She also holds a paralegal certificate and worked four years as a paralegal prior to pursuing a career in real estate. Martoia earned her real estate license in 2007 and is experienced with the foreclosure segment of the real estate business and is regarded as an expert in the REO market.

“I work closely with my clients in order to understand their needs and desires,” said Martoia. “I try to work smart and think outside the box in order to market homes in a timely fashion and find the right homes for clients in an efficient manner.
