About Laurie Erb & the ErbTeam
Laurie Erb has been helping area families buy and sell homes since 1979 when she moved to Denver from Steamboat Springs. For each of the past 5 years the Denver Board of Realtors has recognized Laurie as one of Denver's Top Agents: She and her team have consistently ranked in the top 5 agent teams in both the number of sales transactions and for sales production. Laurie has been named one of Denver's Top 5 "Heavy Hitters" in residential real estate by The Denver Business Journal.
Laurie has been a Broker/Co-Owner with RE/MAX of Cherry Creek since the early 80s. She and the ERBTEAM has, for over the past ten years, been the number one producing team in transactions and sales production. The reason: Her dedication to her clients -- putting their needs ahead of all else and, her experience, skills, knowledge and expertise in the Denver real estate market.
Laurie believes her team approach is the best way to serve her clients and help them realize their real estate dreams with the least amount of stress. Such action frees them up for time with family, friends, career and recreation. The goal is to put a client's needs first, bringing to bare all the team's skill and expertise. Laura Gincel, the ERBTEAM's Transaction Manager, is a licensed real estate broker with a degree in marketing from the University of Richmond. Laura has been with Laurie and the ERBTEAM for over six years. Her job is to handle all the details of your home sale, from contract to closing. Laura is responsible for all client, buyer, agent and lender communications and for ensuring a smooth transition all the way to closing.
Jennifer Lee is the ERBTEAM's Buyer Specialist. Jennifer graduated from the University Michigan majoring in Marketing. After ten years in pharmaceutical sales, Jennifer became a real estate broker and joined the ERBTEAM. Jennifer is on top of any new listings that come on the market, checking MLS computer listings, and previewing homes on a daily basis for buyers. Her people, contract and negotiation skills, plus an in-depth knowledge of the metro Denver market is invaluable to the ERBTEAM's clients. Your priorities become her's!
Bailey Dolian, the ERBTEAM's other Transaction Manager, relocated to Denver after graduating from Duke University where she studied Business and Psychology. For Bailey, a licensed real estate broker, real estate is a family business; her father owned and operated one of New Englands premier real estate companies, and her brother works as a broker in Chicago. Bailey's familiarity with the intricacies of real estate along with her computer and people skills insure that the ERBTEAM 's clients receive the best service possible throughout the real estate transaction.
Dorian Welch, a lawyer who is also a licensed real estate broker, handles all of the ERBTEAM's office systems and marketing. He also does all the home photography, "virtual tours", and website care. Oh, yes, he's Laurie's husband.
