Laura Gincel, the ERBTEAM's Transaction Manager, is a licensed real estate broker with a degree in marketing from the University of Richmond. Laura has been with Laurie Erb and the ERBTEAM for over six years. Her job is to handle all the details of your home sale, from contract to closing. Laura is responsible for all client, buyer, agent and lender communications and for ensuring a smooth transition all the way to closing.
