The CityScape Team is a group of full-time licensed residential real estate sales brokers focused on selling homes primarily in the southeast, northeast, northwest and downtown neighborhoods of Denver, including the new developments at Lowry and Stapleton. From historic to new, we know the inventory and the neighborhoods.

Founded by Glen Blackburn and Kathleen Clifford in 2002, The CityScape Team is affiliated with RE/MAX of Cherry Creek, Denvers number one brokerage (ranked in 2009 by the Denver Board of Realtors for offices over 50 brokers). Glen and Kathleen are broker/co-owners of this outstanding organization of highly experienced brokers, management and staff. The combination of the strong RE/MAX of Cherry Creek name plus the personalized service of the CityScape Team provides unsurpassed tools and market presence to our clients, both buyers and sellers. Over the years, we have successfully helped over 550 families to sell and/or buy their homes. In 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009, the CityScape Team was within the top three teams in the office. In 2007, 2008, and 2009, the team was honored at the Denver Board of Realtors Roundtable of Excellence for being in the top seven teams in the city.

Glen, who has managed top-producing offices and taught in company training departments and real estate schools, first began selling homes in 1981 at the age of twenty-one. Glen moved to Denver with Kathleen in March of 1996 and has specialized in selling homes from central Denver to the suburbs since then, with numerous awards for his production. Kathleen, coming from a long and successful sales career in high-end medical equipment, began selling homes in 2001 and has been given numerous awards for her personal production. In her previous sales career, Kathleen underwent extensive nationally recognized sales and negotiating training and was consistently one of the top salespersons in the nation for Nicolet Biomedical Incorporated. In every year of the teams existence, it has achieved award-winning high production and great client satisfaction. Kathleen has been awarded the designations of Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and the National Association of Realtors GREEN Designation.
