Get to know Dave:

Born and raised in the Denver area, Dave attended South High School and received his real estate license before going to Western State College where he got his degree in Accounting. After becoming a CPA he decided that real estate was more to his liking. Now living in the Bonnie Brae area, Dave has spent more than 28 years working in the "older " neighborhoods of Denver.

Dave says " I sell homes all up and down the front range, but my passion is in the more established older neighborhoods. Even though we may be looking at old furnaces and plumbing, etc., I love the character and charm that is generally missing when you get to the suburbs."

"Colorado is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. Many people save up all their vacation days to come to our state. We are lucky that we can enjoy it just out our front door. I have been to most places in the mountains for at least a short time and I love to advise people on what to do and see."

Even though a real estate transaction can be stressful, Dave feels that it can be fun as well, and that is the way he will make it ( that would be the fun part) for his clients and customers.
