BACKGROUND: After graduating from Metro State College of Denver with a bachelors degree in Speech Communications and Exercise Physiology, Arturo entered the real estate business in 2001. His professional background includes performing at a high level as a sales executive for a major title insurance company and the director of business development for a RE/MAX franchise. He is a coaching student with the Mike Ferry Organization ... North America's #1 real estate coaching company which is lead by CEO Mike Ferry and he has been mentored by the likes of Ron Thorne and Patrick Ferry.

PHILOSOPHY: As a full-time, full service broker, I am 100% focused on serving the real estate needs of sellers and buyers in Denver's vibrant urban neighborhoods and the surrounding areas. Born and raised in North West Denver (today known as the Highlands), I am passionate about the City of Denver and all of the benefits it offers its residents; with over 300 days of sunshine, a diverse population, and the four seasons ... Denver is a great place to call home.

PERSONAL: I enjoy youth baseball, reading, sports and fitness and supporting the Children's Miracle Network, the primary fundraising arm of The Children's Hospital. When not serving the real estate needs of my clients, I enjoy spending quality time with my two wonderful sons: Alex and Armando.
